Grattan House

Grattan House is an existing five-story office building located in central Dublin, with underground car parking facilities. The project involves total refurbishment of the building, split into two phases.
 

The first phase was shell and core upgrade works including the replacement of the central plant (Mechanical & Electrical), fit-out of the central core area and service risers. A shell fit-out of tenant areas was also completed. This consisted of lighting, VRF system, fire alarm and Power distribution.
 

The second phase was a full fit-out of all but one floor of tenant areas. This included for modifications to suit the required tenant layout (cellular offices, canteen and meeting rooms).
